Oborevwori Celebrates Wife at 56, Salutes Her Faith, Compassion

Delta State Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, has congratulated his wife, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, on her 56th birthday, praising her steadfast support, faith and humanitarian service.

In a statement issued on Thursday by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, the Governor expressed deep appreciation for his wife’s unwavering encouragement and prayers, noting that they were instrumental in their journey to becoming Delta State’s First Family.

He described Deaconess Tobore as a devout, compassionate mother whose influence has been felt across the state through constant prayers, moral support and commitment to family values.

Governor Oborevwori also commended her humanitarian work through the You Matter Charity Foundation, which he said continues to impact lives, particularly the vulnerable, widows, the elderly and children living with autism.

“On behalf of our family, as well as the government and people of Delta State, I warmly felicitate my dear wife, Her Excellency, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, on the joyful occasion of her 56th birthday,” the Governor said.

He added that she remains “a shining example of dedication, compassion and godly values” to their family and the state, praying for renewed strength, wisdom and clarity of purpose as she discharges the responsibilities of the Office of the First Lady.

In a personal tribute, the Governor described his wife as a constant source of joy and inspiration, praising her humility, cheerful spirit, discipline and service to humanity.

“I celebrate you today and always. Happy birthday, my love and best friend,” he said.
